KuulText account is an account you sign in to use the service and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Account of any user who fails to comply with the account requirements.

ii)Transmit any material that is defamatory or offensive.
iii)Use the KuulText services in a way that could compromise our systems or security or interfer with other users.
iv)Access or regiser user logins through bots or other automated methods.

We have designed KuulText to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access or disclosure. However we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures put in place. You provide your personal information at your own risk.

You are responsible for safeguarding your own password to prevent unauthorized access to your account

By using our platform to send messages or other materials or information (content), you grant us and our subsidiaries,affiliates and successors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free,fully paid, transferable and sub-license right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display your content through out the world in any media in order to provide and promote the services.

We may amend or revise the General Terms or our Policies at anytime. The Revised Version will be effective as of the time it is posted. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the Revised Version constitutes your acceptance to the amendment or revision.We may notify you of such changes through an email or notification on our website or mobile app
